Sustainability at M Group starts with people. We’re focused on creating a positive impact in the places we live and work by supporting initiatives that strengthen community well-being. M Group has demonstrated this commitment through the sponsorship of local events, charitable programs, and partnerships – contributing millions of dollars to community initiatives over the years.

Employee Engagement

• Sustainability Spotlight – a monthly feature in our employee newsletter sharing tips, stories, and education
• Volunteer Day – paid time off for employees to support local causes and organizations
• Workshops and Activities – in-office opportunities to learn, connect, and take action
